EbE Solihull CIC Services

Experts by Experience (EbE) Solihull CIC is a user led organisation employing only people who use health and social care services and carers. We have undertaken a variety of projects supporting our community since we were established in 2015.

EbE Solihull CIC services include:

• providing training as Approved Trainers for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.  Our experienced and approved Team has been delivering training for NHS staff, Social Care staff and independent organisations across the UK since January 2023. We can provide a bespoke package based on your individual needs within the guidance from NHS England. 

• providing training as Approved Lead Trainers for Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 and Tier 2. We can train trios to deliver Tier 1 and staff to deliver Tier 2. 

• providing bespoke disability and autism awareness training to education, business and other organisations. 

• providing employment support for people with disabilities and mental health needs and autistic people.  

• offering careers guidance and support to schools.

• offering mentoring for educational settings and businesses for people with disabilities and autistic people.

• working alongside health and social care provision, local councils and the NHS to improve services by undertaking a variety of projects.

EbE prices vary depending on the service provided, see a range of our fees below. 

The prices below may be subject to reasonable expenses, including travel and certificate production for training courses.
